I mean, you’d have to calculate some other factors in.
First, seeing as there’s only 72 years worth of Hunger Games in wherein there were only 24 contestants and one victor:
72 x 23 = 1656
Now, we add to that the 47 dead tributes (due to the 2nd Quarter Quell) for the 50th Hunger games where Haymitch was included:
